Welcome to MelissaLamb.ca an online destination for all things lifestyle. It’s the go to spot for fashion, beauty, cooking, crafting, decor, and fitness…Melissa Lamb style. A well balanced site for everything girly and chic, it’s the perfect cookbook for anyone looking to add a little sweetness and zest to their life.
So, who is Melissa Lamb?
Melissa was born in the small country town of Vankleek Hill, Ontario, but grew up in Ottawa, Canada’s capital. She’s spent the past 10 years in front of the cameras as a television host. Most recently, she worked on CTV Morning Live delivering the weather and hosting.
When you ask Melissa what she’s passionate about, her answer? Everything! So, it’s no surprise you will find a little bit of everything on her website.
If you haven’t noticed already, Melissa LOVES fashion, and that comes in handy being the brand ambassador and face of St.Laurent Shopping Centre. Her signature style? Girlie details like ruffles, lace, polka dots and pink, but her one fashion tip that everyone can use? Be comfortable in your own skin first!
You can also, check out some of Melissa’s Fashion Finds on the St. Laurent Shopping Centre website, and you’ll see why she is also the host of Trend Talks with STL.
Cooking is another passion of Melissa’s. Her love of cooking and baking is an extension of her mentor and grandmother Evelyn Pearl. Evelyn would spend endless hours in the kitchen creating the most beautiful dishes with fruits and veggies from her garden. Melissa spent much of her childhood in the kitchen learning about a healthy lifestyle from her grandmother, but the best takeaway was also not depriving oneself of an occasional treat.
Eating healthy was always part of the program. Before the bright lights of television, Melissa was a competitive figure skater. Melissa has always loved sports and continues to push herself through her workouts and fitness goals. Healthy eating continues to be a huge component to her wellness routine and daily life. Together with her boyfriend Nigel Romick (a defensive lineman for the Ottawa Redblacks) they will be creating healthy and delicious recipes in the kitchen, which she can’t wait to share with all of you.
We hope you stay connected and follow Melissa in her new endeavour!
